Specialising in weddings and event planning, our team keep up-to-date with current trends and get super excited about creating spectacular floral concepts for your special day!

We source our products from the best suppliers locally, nationally and even internationally to bring you the freshest and best quality blooms for your bouquets and event decoration. You can feel confident in knowing that your wedding will be cared for with all the love and dedication it deserves.

Starting at the beginning…
Let’s meet. We will book in time for you to visit us at our gorgeous store/ studio in Angaston where we can sit down and discuss all things wedding plans and begin a list of the requirements for your wedding day. From the moment of your initial inquiry with us we will start collating ideas/ inspiration for your day, and we will ask you to do the same!

Every bride has their own style, and at Viva we love to help you indulge your wedding dreams. It’s one of the most exciting parts of our job- meeting with clients, hearing your stories and finding out what inspires you.

We guide you, advise you, share our knowledge and experience with you, listen to your concepts, add some of our own unique ideas and suggestions and ultimately bring your ideas to life.

The official bits…
Our initial consultation will be followed by a formal quotation which will cover all provisions for floral requirements, article hire, styling, installation and delivery that we will provide for your wedding day.

A deposit then secures your wedding date in our diary.

We understand that things change, so we will keep in constant contact in the lead-up to your special day and can make amendments to your quotation as often as required.

All outstanding balances will be due 14 days prior to the wedding.

Whether you have a really clear vision of how you want your event to look, or if you are looking for some direction, let us help. We can assist in advising the seasonal availability of blooms, construct a theme for your day and build a colour profile, and suggest the extras that will bring it all together.

The wedding day…

- Delivery of all bridal bouquets and buttonholes to relevant locations

- Delivery & set-up of ceremony flowers/ decorations

- Pick-up and relocation of ceremony flowers to reception venue

- Styling and set-up of venue signage

- Delivery and set-up of flowers at reception venue

- On-site installation of floral components

- Final touches/ styling at reception venue

- Next-day pickup/ packup and cleanup.
