WHEN ARE WE OPEN?
We are always open online, orders can be placed 24/7.
Our Angaston Store in the Barossa Valley is open:
Monday to Friday // 9am-5pm
Saturday // 9am-2pm 

WHAT HOURS DO WE DELIVER?
Normal flower delivery hours for Viva the Flower Store are between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. There are limited deliveries on Saturday. Viva the Flower Store do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE TO GUARANTEE SAME DAY FLOWER DELIVERY?
Need flowers delivered today? For same day delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm (ACST) Monday - Friday and by 10am (ACST) on Saturday to guarantee same day delivery.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?
The delivery fee is calculated during the checkout process and is based on the suburb of delivery.

WHAT AREAS DO WE DELIVER TO?
Viva the Flower Store delivers personally throughout the Barossa Valley and surrounds. Whilst located in Angaston, we also utilise our own preferred network of florists throughout Australia and can arrange delivery nation-wide.
Please note that products, packaging and or containers may vary in some interstate and or regional areas.

CAN I ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
We do offer flowers for delivery outside of Australia. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of Australia please call us at (+ 61 8) 85643393, visit us instore or email info@vivaflowers.com.au and we will gladly assist you.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A FLOWER OR GIFT DELIVERY?
Viva the Flower Store are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business.

DO YOU RING THE RECIPIENT PRIOR TO DELIVERY?
You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by putting a note in the "delivery notes" field on the order page. We may call a recipient when necessary in order to ensure your delivery runs as smooth as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the flowers or gift will be left at the recipients front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so. 
If the gift cannot be left safely, we will contact you to arrange another time for delivery. Please note that any delivery including alcohol will not be left.
Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY DETAILS SUPPLIED ARE INCORRECT?
Viva the Flower Store will attempt to find the correct address.
If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied, and the address is incorrect; subject to the flowers being recovered, Viva the Flower Store will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. 
However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Viva the Flower Store is unable to accept any responsibility for such loss. 
It is the customer's obligation to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We will make every effort possible to realistically put in place any changes to your order, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery. 

WILL MY ORDER LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE?
We will do our very best to replicate the flowers as pictured on the website. If an item is unavailable we will substitute it with another item of similar design, colour, quality and price. 

CAN VIVA THE FLOWER STORE LET ME KNOW WHEN THE FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?
A text message will be sent to the sender at the time of delivery subject to the sender supplying a mobile telephone number.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
